Job summary
Sankofa Behavioral Health in Maryland is seeking talented part‑time RBTs to provide direct behavioral therapy in clients' homes and at our Windsor Mill center, with evening shifts in the Baltimore County/City area. Service coverage includes Baltimore County, Baltimore City, PG, Montgomery, and Howard County.
You will work with BCBA/BCaBA supervision, collect data, complete notes, and support families in carrying out behavioral strategies, while maintaining client well‑being during sessions and
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in individual sessions.
- Adhere to and support the company's policies and procedures.
- Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and graph data as instructed.
- Complete daily notes (related to implementation of the treatment plan) as instructed.
- Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies in the plan and collecting data.
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.

We currently service Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Howard County. We are looking to bring on talented and passionate team members to work in theBaltimore County, Baltimore City, PG County, Montgomery County, and Howard County areas. Team members will occasionally be expected to provide services in our center located in Windsor Mill as well.

- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in individual sessions.
- Adhere to and support the company's policies and procedures.
- Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and graph data as instructed.
- Complete daily notes (related to implementation of the treatment plan) as instructed.
- Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies in the plan and collecting data.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work after 5 pm on weekdays (ideally 3:30-6:30 p.m. or 5- 7:30 p.m.)
- Will require the ability to reliably commute to our center (located in Baltimore County, MD) as well as to various clients' homes located in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, and Howard County
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to run, jump, sit, stand, with or without accommodation
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background check
- Satisfactory reference checks
- Must pass tuberculosis test
