Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a skilled assessor to administer ASD-related assessments and build supportive relationships with families across Mosaic clinics. The role emphasizes accurate scoring, clear reporting, and collaboration with clinicians to interpret results.

You will maintain detailed records in Central Reach, stay current with diagnostic protocol updates, and participate in monthly supervision while traveling between clinics to meet assessment needs.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree or higher in Psychology, School Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Social Work, Education, Special Education or related field.
  • Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Administering ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS 2 and other assessments to individuals of varying ages and developmental levels.
  • Building and maintaining therapeutic relationships with families and their children to ensure a positive and safe clinical experience.
  • Scoring assessments accurately according to standardized protocols and writing up results in a clear, concise, objective and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with clinicians and psychologists to interpret assessment results through follow up emails and phone calls.
  • Maintaining detailed records of assessments and outcomes by uploading them into Central Reach, Mosaic’s client health information platform.
  • Staying current with updates to diagnostic protocols and best practices by completing ongoing trainings, as required.
  • Attending monthly supervision with psychologists and implementing clinical feedback.
  • Traveling between multiple clinics to support assessment needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while managing high volume of deliverables which may often times create conflict deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate through written reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Masters degree or higher in one of the following: Psychology, School Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Social Work, Education, Special Education, or a related field

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
