Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a high-level Licensed Clinical Psychologist (HSP) to lead the Autism & Diagnostic Assessment team in Nashville, TN. This track-to-leadership role starts in May 2026 with a path to Associate Director as Nashville operations grow.

The role focuses on gold-standard evaluations for ages 1–21, supervision of pre-licensed clinicians, and development of assessment protocols, with autonomy in scheduling and caseload management.

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program is required.
• Active license as Psychologist in Tennessee with HSP designation or eligible for reciprocity by May.
• 3+ years of pediatric assessment experience; lead/senior experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive autism and differential diagnostic evaluations using ADOS-2, ADI-R, and MIGDAS-2.
• Provide clinically excellent reports with actionable, strengths-based recommendations for families and schools in Nashville area.
• Lead supervision for Psychological Residents and Certified Psychological Assistants/Technicians in line with Tennessee rules; ensure ethical standards.
