Reliatus Behavioral Health in Nashville seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (HSP) to lead the Autism & Diagnostic Assessment team. Starting May 2026, you will conduct gold-standard evaluations for ages 1-21 and supervise pre-licensed clinicians, with a clear path to Associate Director as the Nashville operation expands.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, and community liaison with local schools and pediatricians.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (APA-accredited) required.
• Active Tennessee Psychologist license with HSP designation or highly eligible for reciprocity by May.
• 3+ years of pediatric assessment experience; leadership or senior-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations and differential diagnoses (ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2).
• Supervise Psychological Residents and Certified Assistants; ensure quality products per Tennessee standards.
• Support the growth path to Associate Director by developing assessment protocols and overseeing clinical operations.
