Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in public health, psychology, education, health information management, or related field with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn new database systems, including REDCap.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with PHI/FERPA-protected records.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret clinical/educational records.
• Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to give/receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, code, and enter data into project databases.
• Travel within Texas to access records in districts and facilities.
• Perform data quality assurance including inter-rater reliability checks.
• Attend and participate in project meetings.
• Assist with education and outreach efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
