Job summary

Gersh Autism Academy in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Curriculum and Instructional Coach to mentor teachers and strengthen instructional practices aligned with our ABA-based model. You will guide curriculum selection, training delivery, and data-driven improvement across campuses.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration with leaders, and ensuring compliance with special education standards, with regular travel to sites throughout the network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, School Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Valid state certification in Special Education preferred.
• Eight years of experience in special education with curriculum development and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Help set the vision, strategy, and long-range roadmap for educational curriculum in Washington.
• Collaborate with leaders to select, adopt, and manage curricula and instructional programs.
• Establish standards, pacing, and quality benchmarks for site consistency and individualized instruction.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of training across all school sites.
• Develop scalable systems for onboarding, coaching, and professional development of staff.
• Oversee mentor programs and evaluation of curriculum effectiveness.
