Keystone Human Services in Harrisburg, PA is hiring Community Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support to people with autism, intellectual disabilities, and mental health needs. You will teach, coach, and accompany clients to help them achieve growth, meaningful life choices, and community participation.

This role emphasizes being a positive role model, maintaining daily living skills, building friendships, and supporting employment and recreation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and support individuals with autism.
• Serve as a role model to promote everyday living and community participation.
• Help individuals meet goals, make choices, and build friendships.
• Assist with activities of daily living and employment tasks.
• Coordinate transportation using personal vehicle and ensure safety.
