Keystone Human Services is seeking Community Support Professionals in Exton, PA to provide individualized, person-directed support for individuals with autism and other needs. You will teach, coach, and support participation in meaningful life activities, friendships, and employment opportunities, while promoting independence and community inclusion.

The role emphasizes being a positive role model and helping individuals achieve everyday living goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle required.
• Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community required.
