Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks a full-time Community Support and Employment Professional for our Autism team in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will provide person-directed support to promote inclusion, independence, and meaningful participation in the community, including hands-on job coaching and employment tasks.

You will collaborate with employers, teach daily living and workplace skills, and help individuals pursue personal goals while maintaining documentation and ISP progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CESP credential or ACRE credential required or achievable within nine months.
• Experience in human services preferred; autism exposure valued.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written information.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support in homes, workplaces, and community settings.
• Teach job tasks, provide hands-on job coaching, and promote workplace independence.
• Collaborate with employers to promote retention and success.
• Document progress, data, and ISP updates.

In this role, you will provide individualized, person-directed support that promotes inclusion, independence, and meaningful participation in the community. You will teach, coach, and support individuals with autism as they pursue personal goals, build relationships, develop greater independence, and participate in everyday community life.
