Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community/Direct Support Professional Float in Harrisburg, PA to provide individualized, person-directed autism support. The role focuses on inclusion and helping individuals participate in local activities and communities.

You will assist with daily living tasks, transportation, and coordination of services, while following physician orders and ISP plans. A valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Pre-employment process with clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote overall health and wellness.
• Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed.
• Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed.
• Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings.
