Job summary

Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in Lancaster County, PA. This role combines supervisory duties over community-based supports with clinical responsibilities to develop and assess Individual Support Plans (ISP) for adults living with autism.

You will conduct in-home assessments, administer behavioral tools, and apply person-centered planning to help individuals build skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans.
  • Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or ABA.
  • PA Behavior Specialist License or eligibility within PA requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee supports of adults with Autism in community settings (home, school, work).
  • Develop and assess ISP and provide behavioral support and skill-building services.
  • Provide face-to-face, remote and administrative support as needed.
  • Conduct in-home assessments and administer psychological tools to assess needs.
  • Promote Person-Centered Planning to develop skills for each person.
  • Monitor and evaluate data towards goal progress.

Job description
