Qualifications

Finni Health is hiring ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians (BT)/ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home therapy for children with autism, specifically early intervention for ages 2-6. Whether you're an experienced RBT/BT, we offer rewarding opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for early intervention (ages 2-6).

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.

  • Collect and record therapy data for treatment goals.

What You Need:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).

  • Experience working with young children (ages 2-6) is required

  • Experience or willingness to work with high-aggression clients (e.g., teens with severe behaviors)

  • Reliable transportation & ability to work in-home with families.

  • Active RBT & CPR certification (preferred, but we will train!).

  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course within required training period.

  • Ability to pass a background check (requirement).

  • Must be able to legally work in the US.

Physical Requirements:

  • Maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting) for extended periods.

  • Work on the floor or standing as needed.
