The Place for Children with Autism in Cicero, IL is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work 1:1 with children aged 2-9, implementing ABA programs and collecting data under BCBAs. The role offers fully paid training to earn RBT certification and no prior experience is required.

You will engage children with play and movement, collaborate with families, and support growth while adhering to safety standards. Compensation varies by education level, with $17–$23/hour for high school or associate degrees

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Access to reliable transportation and license; travel to other clinics as needed.
• Willingness to participate in paid training to earn RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages 2-9 to develop communication, social, and daily-living skills.
• Implement therapy programs designed by BCBA or Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and collect data.
• Promote engagement through play, movement, and positive interactions.
• Collaborate with families and clinical staff to track progress and adjust strategies.
