Job summary

Hopebridge in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. The role offers paid RBT certification, on-the-job training, and a stable, Monday–Friday schedule in a caring clinical setting.

Salary ranges from $16.80 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and RBT certification completion; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and retirement options, with relocation opportunities across states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and school readiness for children.
• Learn from BCBA professionals to deliver therapy.
• Review behavior plans and materials to ensure consistency.
• Complete daily progress notes for intervention plans.
• Work with children to promote functional communication and social skills.
• Celebrate milestones and engage families in progress.
