Job summary

Centria Autism is looking for passionate individuals to join as Behavior Technicians in Oxford, Georgia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a certified analyst. You will teach vital skills and manage children’s behavior, receiving comprehensive training even if you lack experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Report on child progress under BCBA supervision.
• Manage children’s unpredictable behaviors.
