Job summary
A leading behavioral health provider in Arizona City is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Physical ability to move, sit, squat, bend, and lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Reduce interfering behaviors and support child’s progress.
