Job summary

Hope Network seeks a Behavior Technician to support autistic learners in Holland, MI, delivering one-on-one instruction, data collection, and implementation of behavior plans in a supportive classroom setting.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team while fostering independence, communication, and daily living skills in children and young adults up to 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and fingerprints
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to learners ages 18 months to 21 years while teaching daily living, communication, and independence skills.
• Collecting and recording data accurately on different target items.
• Following individual behavior programs while creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with learners’ families and team members
