Qualifications

• Patience, compassion and teamwork are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.
• Diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow BCBA guidance using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist in safety and handling, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)

Tuberculosis test (within last year)
