Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide ABA-based therapy for children with autism. You will deliver one-on-one sessions in clinic and home settings, following individualized treatment plans developed by qualified clinicians.

You will conduct direct therapy, collect behavioral data, and support skill development across communication, social, and daily living domains while collaborating with clinicians and the care team to ensure high-quality,
