Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Behavior Technician in Macon Township, Michigan. In this position, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ideal candidates are passionate, patient, and prepared to engage physically with children.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Work one-on-one with children.
