Responsibilities

• Implements strategies that reinforce positive student behavior.
• Works with the classroom teacher to monitor student safety and behavior.
• Maintains a behavior log and collects data per the Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Provides intensive behavior intervention for designated students with exceptional needs.
• Assists in implementing instructional plans aligned to core curriculum.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information under FERPA.
• Performs duties in inclusive, resource, and self-contained classrooms as needed.

Education
