Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking individuals to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play-based sessions at homes, centers, or in the community.

No prior experience required; full training and ongoing coaching are provided. The role offers Monday–Friday 3pm–8pm, vaccination proof, reliable transportation, and a clear growth pathway with opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Vaccination proof (MMR, Varicella) and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 3pm–8pm and complete training.
• Comfort working with diverse populations and in school-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to sessions at homes, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins.

Requirements

• Monday -Friday 3pm-8pm availability.

• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements may include but is not limited to: Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work Constant sitting; frequent up and down out of chair Constant use of telephone, speaking, listening Constant document handling, use of copier and fax machine, filing Frequent typing, use of computer Occasional walking around building Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling Occasional lifting, carrying, moving of items up to 20 pounds Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting and using upper and lower limbs to drive car
