Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking individuals to join our team in Kansas to provide ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with part-time opportunities suitable for students and those seeking flexible schedules.

You will work on evidence-based interventions, collaborating with families and the clinical team to support skill building and positive behavior change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
