Heartland Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations in Kansas. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and no prior experience required, making it ideal for students or those exploring psychology fields.

You will collaborate with families and the clinical team, record session data, and help build independence using evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
