Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; preference for associate or bachelor's degree in human services.
Comfortable working directly with children.
Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication skills to interact with families.
Reliable transportation required.
Willingness to complete RBT training and pass exam within 90 days.
Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team.
