Action Behavior Centers in Peoria, AZ is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician with a Master’s Degree, to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The role offers paid RBT certification and structured growth opportunities.

No experience is required for training. You will join a caring team dedicated to helping kids communicate and develop independent skills, with predictable daytime hours Monday–Friday.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with an active pace and floor-based activities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset; may support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsabilidades

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
