Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with autism in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You will learn and apply research-based methods while tracking progress with our electronic software.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervisors, families, and fellow technicians to support communication, social skills, and independence. A strong commitment to growth and ethics is essential.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, independence, and reduce inappropriate behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data with electronic software for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in diverse settings (homes, schools, centers, communities).
• Teach clients to communicate, play, make friends, and gain independence.
• Assess progress and adapt strategies with data from software.
• Work with BCBAs and families to report progress and receive feedback.
