All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
2. Conduct regular assessments to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
3. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
4. Collect and record data on individuals' progress and behaviors.
5. Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
6. Assist in training parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies.
7. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
3. Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
