Job summary

The KidsLink School in Streetsboro, Ohio is seeking passionate, innovative and caring individuals for full-time Autism/ABA Teaching Assistant roles. We work with kids aged 2-22 who have behavioral and developmental disabilities and provide training during onboarding.

You will support students with behavior, teach academic, social, vocational and life skills, and participate in data collection and implementation of behavior programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred but training is provided.
• Ability to implement behavior plans and collect data.
• Comfort assisting with students ages 2–22 in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students to assist with behavior, learning, activities of daily living, communication, community-based instruction, and vocation development.
• Implement programming and behavior plans under supervision, including data collection.
• Create teaching materials and support classroom activities to help students develop skills and independence.
