Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will use evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, while coordinating with a clinical team and families.

Positions start part-time with flexible scheduling. RBT certification is required before you begin, and opportunities for advancement within the ABA field are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
