BK Behavior in the United States is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. You’ll record session data with electronic devices, contribute to a collaborative clinical team, and help families connect with progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or in community locations.
• Part-time positions available; 6-month commitment requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as integral member of clinical team for direct skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
