Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to support skill-building and positive behavior.

Positions start part-time with paid training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and a direct impact on families and learners in Kansas. Prior ABA experience not required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
