Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking an Autism Support Specialist to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations across the Cheyenne County area (Sidney / Potter / Dalton).

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, hold an RBT certification before working, and are willing to complete paid training. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and a Same Day Pay option.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and help with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Work with families and the clinical team to support goals.
