Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Ohio to join a dedicated ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and document progress for children with Autism in home or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before starting work.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
