Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks enthusiastic RBTs to support clients in achieving goals through one-on-one ABA services in homes and community settings. You will contribute to evidence-based interventions and collaborate with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification or are willing to obtain it, have a high school diploma, and are passionate about helping children with Autism. Part-time positions with a six-month commitment are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions for independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
