Job summary

I Am Boundless in Dayton, OH is seeking a Classroom Instructor to join a multi-disciplinary team and execute ABA-based instruction for students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and co-occurring conditions. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians and ongoing progress monitoring.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with potential expansion. Candidates will develop functional learning activities and supervise support staff to deliver effective instruction.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma.
• Current & Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification (Required).
• Intervention Specialist License issued by the Ohio Department of Education (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement instruction to students with ASD using ABA principles in small groups.
• Monitor and report progress toward educational goals (pre-K through 12th grade).
• Guide support staff in instructional activities and lead skill-sets/projects meetings with supervisors.
• Attend regular clinical team meetings.
