Job summary

The role includes managing accreditation packages, reviewing risk documents, and developing policies to ensure privacy and security alignment across departments, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and responsible cyber governance.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• IAM Level 1 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and approve Accreditation Packages (e.g., ISO/IEC 15026-2).
• Review authorization and assurance documents to confirm risk levels for each software application, system, and network.
• Establish acceptable limits for software applications, networks, or systems.
• Manage Accreditation Packages (e.g., ISO/IEC 15026-2).
• Assess and forecast manpower requirements to meet organizational objectives.
• Develop policy, plans, and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards in support of cyber activities.
• Coordinate cyber operations with other organization functions.
• Identify external partners with common cyber operations interests.
• Interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and guidance relevant to cyber objectives.
• Relate privacy objectives with security objectives across departments.
• Relate strategy, business, and technology in organizational dynamics.
• Understand technology, management, and leadership issues related to processes and problem solving.
• Understand basic concepts related to cyber and its organizational impact.

Description

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a candidate with the authority to formally assume responsibility for operating an information system at an acceptable level of risk to organizational operations (including mission, functions, image, or reputation), organizational assets, individuals, other organizations, and the Nation (CNSSI 4009).

Responsibilites and abilities for this position shall include, but not limited to:

• Manage and approve Accreditation Packages (e.g., ISO/IEC 15026-2).


• Review authorization and assurance documents to confirm that the level of risk is within acceptable limits for each software application, system, and network.


• Establish acceptable limits for the software application, network, or system.


• Manage Accreditation Packages (e.g., ISO/IEC 15026-2).


• Ability to assess and forecast manpower requirements to meet organizational objectives.


• Ability to develop policy, plans, and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards in support of organizational cyber activities.

Requirement for this position shall include:

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university. (Prefer an accredited Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree, or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.)




• IAM Level 1 Certification required

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000-135,000.

The listed salary range represents a general guideline; however, RiVidium Inc. considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. At RiVidium Inc. it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
