Job summary

NEXPERA leads the way in sulfuric acid and potassium hydroxide regeneration. The Mechanical Integrity/Quality Assurance Inspector will support inspection, testing, and repair of PSM-critical equipment at the Red Lion facility in Delaware City and the Morses Mill site in Linden, NJ, with the Nexpera Technology Center providing site-wide support.

Responsibilities include developing inspection plans, performing API-compliant inspections, documenting repairs, coordinating NDE, and maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-hazard chemical processing or oil refining or similar industries.
• 2 of API 510/570/653 certifications required.
• Willingness to travel ~40% per year.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Ability to obtain API 510/570/653 within 2 years of employment.
• Extensive knowledge of API 510/570/653/579/580, ASME requirements for inspection, testing and repair.

Responsibilities

• Develop, authorize, and maintain inspection plans for PSM-critical equipment.
• Perform inspections per API 510, 653, and 570 guidelines.
• Complete post-inspection reports with recommendations.
• Develop and document repair plans for fixed equipment.
• Coordinate NDE inspections and field contract administration.
• Update SAP and equipment files with history and plans.
• Act as Authorized Inspector for PSM-critical equipment and alterations.
