Job summary

Altais Health Solutions is seeking a casual, 6-month UM Coordinator in California to manage authorization processes, verify coverage, and liaise with internal and external teams. You will ensure timely processing within ICE/TAT guidelines and maintain confidentiality of health records in a patient-centered workflow.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in UM or related medical office work, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CPT/HCPCS/ICD coding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years UM experience or related medical office exp.
• 2–3 years Microsoft Office experience.
• Certificate or equivalent in CPT/HCPCS/ICD coding required.

• Handle all incoming authorizations via Tapestry Link or OnBase.
