Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MA preferred.
• Previous healthcare, medical office, insurance verification, referral, scheduling, or prior authorization experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance requirements preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and insurance payer portals preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• MA preferred
• Previous healthcare, medical office, insurance verification, referral, scheduling, or prior authorization experience preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
