Hopebridge is seeking an Authorization Specialist to support our families by verifying insurance, determining pre-authorization needs, and securing authorizations for scheduled services. The role involves documentation within the system, communication with physicians and insurers, and maintaining workflow deadlines.
Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Healthcare exposure and Salesforce experience are preferred but not required.
Authorization Specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, collecting insurance information, ensuring correct benefits, and securing authorizations to help our families maintain coverage for services.
Flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
