Job summary

ATD Technology, LLC is seeking a Referral Specialist for our Referrals Division in Washington. You will initiate external and internal referral processing and perform clerical duties to support physician offices, ensuring timely and accurate processing of provider referral requests.

The role requires EPIC experience, insurance authorizations, and work queue familiarity, with a preference for candidates currently located in or near Liberty Lake.

Qualifications

• Must have EPIC experience.
• Must have experience working in Work Queues.
• Must have at least one year of experience working in a Medical Office conducting insurance authorizations.

This position is within the Referrals Division.

Referral Specialist initiates a variety of external and internal referral processing and skilled clerical duties in support of the physician offices. Communicate with internal and external medical offices and insurance companies to ensure provider referral requests are processed timely and accurately. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the Health System.

The caregiver must be sufficiently fluent in the English language to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. The degree of fluency required will vary depending upon the nature of the position.
