Elite Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Authorization and Pre-Billing Manager to own end-to-end authorizations and the pre-billing process. You will lead the Authorization Coordinator team, collaborate with branch managers, and ensure zero billing holds by aligning authorizations with published schedules.

The role emphasizes strong revenue-cycle knowledge, experience with HHAeXchange and ePaces, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows in a fast-paced home health environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a home health authorization/billing team.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle and pre-billing mechanics.
• Ability to oversee high-volume, time-sensitive authorizations.
• Familiarity with MLTC, CHHA, and third-party payor processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end authorization lifecycle across all payors.
• Lead the Authorization Coordinator team and ensure cross-coverage.
• Own weekly pre-billing review and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve overutilization before billing.
• Partner with branch managers on staffing and scheduling decisions.
