Sentara is hiring a remote Authorization Coordinator II.

This role involves reviewing clinical information from physicians, departments, and other providers to ensure data sufficiency for service authorization. It requires analyzing clinical details to confirm services align with clinical and payer protocols. The coordinator must obtain insurance eligibility, member benefits, authorizations, and complete pre-registration, validating insurance accuracy before service authorization.
