Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a Lead Authentication Engineer to own the strategy, design, and delivery of secure identity and access services. You will architect OAuth/OIDC-based and SSO-enabled solutions and guide engineering teams from concept to production.

You will collaborate with Security, Product, and Architecture peers to ensure governance, reliability, and risk reduction while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices for scalable, secure services.

Qualifications

• Experience with authentication/identity frameworks like OAuth/OIDC and SSO.
• Hands-on MFA implementation and security best practices.
• Ability to design secure, scalable services and communicate architecture decisions.
• Proven leadership in guiding engineering teams.

Lead Authentication Engineer

Own the strategy, design, and delivery of secure, scalable identity and access solutions across financial and insurance platforms. Architect authentication services using OAuth/OIDC, SSO, MFA, and modern security patterns, and guide engineering execution from concept to production.
