Job summary

Flexon Technologies Talent360.ai is seeking an Authentication and Identity Security Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation through deployment and transition to operations. You will coordinate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, Vendors and Business teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

The role focuses on developing roadmaps, managing budgets and timelines, driving governance, ensuring regulatory and audit compliance, and tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage authentication and identity security projects from initiation through deployment and transition to operations.
• Coordinate implementation and migration activities involving authentication platforms, SSO, MFA, PAM, and Identity Governance solutions.
• Gather and translate business and security requirements into project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop project roadmaps, manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate collaboration between Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, Vendor, and Business teams.
• Drive governance activities including project status reporting, executive updates, steering committee meetings, and risk reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, resource allocation, and overall program health.
• Oversee user adoption, communication plans, training, and operational readiness activities.

Facilitate collaboration between Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, Vendor, and Business teams.
