Job Description

Position: High School Debate Coach (Youth Mentor)

Location: Remote (Australia-based)

Time Commitment: 2 hours per week

About the Opportunity:

LeadYouth is looking for passionate high school debaters to mentor younger learners (8 - 14) in Public Speaking, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence. This is a flexible, rewarding paid opportunity designed to build your skills and boost your future career!

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with students.
• Follow structured lesson plans to teach key concepts and skills.
• Encourage, guide, and give personalized feedback to help students grow.

What You’ll Need:

• Passion for communication and leadership.
• Ability to provide bank details (we use PayPal or Zelle for payment).

Compensation:

• Paid monthly for completed sessions.
• Contract provided outlining intern expectations.
• Take on extra projects like video/course editing, and social media content and analysis to earn even more.
