Administer medications accurately and document per facility protocol
Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating
Observe and report any changes in residents’ physical or mental condition
Perform basic health monitoring (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
Promptly respond to call lights and emergency situations
Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for all residents
Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and assist with light housekeeping
Engage residents in daily activities and foster a positive living environment
Comply with hygiene, infection control, and confidentiality standards
Assist with meal service and hydration monitoring
Complete other duties as assigned by facility leadership
Active CMA certification for the state of Texas
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior care settings strongly preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and assist residents with physical support as needed
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
