Position Overview

We are a well-established Retina practice dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care and driving Retina forward. Proudly independent and not PE‑owned, we emphasize a collaborative, physician‑led environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Retina Specialist to join our practice. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and long‑term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage complex retinal conditions including diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions, macular degeneration, and other retinal diseases.
  • Perform a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including intravitreal injections, laser therapies, and vitreoretinal surgeries as appropriate.
  • Option to engage in clinical trial participation and research initiatives as desired, contributing to innovative treatment modalities and advancement in retinal care.
  • Work closely with our referring doctors, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure a comprehensive, patient‑focused approach.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice with a focus, leading to a partnership track.
Qualifications

Board Certified/Eligible in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in Retina. A strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and ongoing education. Optional interest in participating in clinical trials and, if desired, a long‑term commitment to a physician‑led practice.
