The ideal candidate has 3+ years of building or property maintenance with supervisory experience, strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, and relevant certifications. This is an on-site role with an on-call rotation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building, facilities, apartment, or property maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair knowledge.
• HVAC certification and trade certifications required.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, work orders, and safety documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team.
• Coordinate and prioritize service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee apartment make-ready operations.
• Perform and supervise HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry repairs.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and grounds.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory.
• Support grounds and exterior area upkeep.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and on-call rotation.
